How travel is billed
Drive time is shown on the invoice as its own line, so there are no surprises.
- Within 15 minutes of my home base: no travel charge.
- Farther out: round trip is billed at $50 per hour, rounded to the nearest 30 minutes, with a 30 minute minimum.
- On-site visits have a 1 hour minimum, then 30 minute increments.
- Remote support has no travel charge.
